Actualité :

"The initiative of the International Journal of Law and Political Science (RIDSP) to devote a special issue to Professor NAJET BRAHMI is to be welcomed, for at least two reasons:

    • The first is the scientific contribution of the person celebrated, both in his or her country of origin, Tunisia, and on the international scene.
    • The second is related to the relevance of the themes addressed there.

In this regard, is it not a truism to say that arbitration has become the most appropriate tool for the settlement of trade and investment disputes? The remarkable rise of arbitration in business circles in recent decades is an eloquent testimony to this.

This special issue in honor of Professor NAJET BRAHMI testifies to the consistency and remarkable scope of all her scientific work, including in the field of arbitration.

We will conclude by expressing the wish to see this type of initiative perpetuated, in order to inscribe in the collective memory, the names of all those who, like Professor NAJET BRAHMI, have worked for the universal influence of ADR. »
